HOW TO READ THIS

A browser is not a person.

The portal creates a random ID in a browser’s local storage, then sends a one-way hash to a separate Cloudflare counter. The counter records the hashed ID and UTC date only—no names, page URLs, referrers, or IP addresses are written to this database. Cloudflare may process standard connection metadata to deliver its network service.

Counts can understate or overstate people: one person may use several browsers or devices, and several people may share one browser. Cleared storage, blocked scripts, or privacy settings can make a browser appear new or uncounted. Data are retained for up to 365 days; there is no historical backfill from the previous analytics system.

This dashboard reports distinct browser IDs in each rolling window, not guaranteed unique human visitors. Measurement starts only after the portal release is published.
